Jean Bateman

All in the Yorkshire Cricket Southern Premier League were saddened to hear of the passing of Jean Bateman after a long illness last week. Jean, the wife of League Executive Board member and umpire Terry, and mother of Gail and Whiston Forge captain Robert, was a well-known and much-loved figure on our grounds.
Jean's funeral will be held at 1.15pm on Monday 5 June at Rotherham Crematorium, Ridgeway, Rotherham S65 3NN. No flowers by request, but donations may be made to Rotherham Hospice.
The Yorkshire Cricket Southern Premier League send their most sincere sympathies to Terry, Gail, Robert and all their familiy and friends.
