Annual General Meeting - reminder
Reminder that the 3rd YCSPL Annual General Meeting will take place in the Griffin Suite, Shaw Lane Sports Club, Shaw Lane, Barnsley S70 6HZ on Wednesday 15 November 2023 at 7.00pm. Any proposals from clubs for rule changes or nominations for Board or committee positions, should be sent to Roger Pugh by 29 September.
Annual Presentation Dinner
All clubs by now should have received details of the 2023 Presentation Dinner, which will be held at the OEG, All cricket club officials, administrators, league registered players, club volunteers and partners are invited to attend. Places can be booked and paid for through your club’s Play Cricket website. The closing date for ordering places is 14 October 2023.
Injury reporting
Now that the season is ended, please ensure that details of any injuries sustained during the season have been entered on the Injury Reporting Tool on Play-Cricket.
Player transfers
The Play-Cricket player transfer window reopens on Sunday 1 October 2023 for the 2024 season.

Trophies
Clubs are reminded that all League trophies presented in 2022 should be returned to Michelle at MS Sports, 163A, Masbrough Street, Rotherham S60 1HW, by 30 September. Please also confirm to the Trophy Steward, Linzey Scothern, by e-mail, that the trophy has been returned in the same cleanliness and condition as it was when it was presented last year. Failure to return trophies may result in penalties being applied under admin rule 13.
Women & Girls League presentation night
The League’s presentation night will be held at the Niagra Club, Niagara Rd, Sheffield S6 1LU, on Thursday 5 October at 7.00pm. All are welcome.
